1. Rental Agreement

Rental bikes are intended for use within the specified routes and designated areas. Black Stone reserves the right to refuse rental to individuals who do not meet the necessary qualifications or safety requirements.

2. Liability and Safety

All quad bikes rented from Black Stone are regularly inspected and maintained for safety, but the rider assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of the vehicle. Black Stone is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while riding or operating the quad bike. Riders must wear helmets at all times during their trip, and it is strongly recommended to wear appropriate protective clothing.

We encourage all riders to familiarize themselves with the vehicle and local terrain before embarking on their ride. Riders are responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic laws and regulations.

3. Rental Period and Booking

The rental period for quad bikes begins upon pick-up and ends when the bike is returned in the condition specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges. The booking and rental fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Please ensure that you select the correct dates, locations, and bike models when making your reservation. Black Stone is not responsible for any discrepancies in booking details once confirmed.

4. Booking and Payments

All payments for quad bike rentals must be made in full prior to the rental period. Payment methods accepted include credit cards and bank transfers. Prices listed on the website are subject to change and may vary based on availability, season, and duration of rental. Any additional services or equipment, such as cargo boxes or guided tours, will be charged separately.

5. Force Majeure

Black Stone is not liable for any disruptions to your rental or booking due to events outside our control, including, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of such an event, Black Stone will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected customers, but no compensation will be offered for lost time or services.

6. Personal Data Protection

Black Stone values your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation and ensuring a safe and efficient rental experience. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
