BLACK STONE ATV RENTAL – TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Black Stone ATV Rental! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your ATV booking.

ATV Driving Licenses

• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and China Citizens: An international driving permit (Type B) is required.
• All other non-EU citizens: The international permit is optional.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of one year.

Reservation & Payment

• Booking: Reservations are made through our online booking system on our website.
• Payment: Full payment is required before vehicle pickup. We accept payments via credit card or electronic transfer.

Reservation Cancellation

• Cancellation Notice: To cancel a reservation, please email us and await confirmation of receipt.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Up to 30 days before the scheduled pickup: No cancellation fee.
  • Between 29 to 15 days before pickup: 50% of the deposit amount is charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 14 days before pickup or “No Show”: No refund is issued.

ATV Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery & Pickup Locations: We offer vehicle delivery and pickup from Milos Airport, Milos Port, or your specified location on the island. Please provide your delivery address when making payment via our online store in the customer details section.

Usage Limitations

• Legal Driving: The vehicle must be used only for legal and safe driving in compliance with applicable traffic regulations.
• Unauthorized Use: The vehicle must not be transferred to any third party without prior written consent from Black Stone ATV Rental.

Traffic Violations

• Responsibility: Any fines for violations of Greek traffic laws during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Fines can be paid directly to Milos traffic police or through us.

Vehicle Fuel

• Fuel: The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for refilling the fuel used before returning the ATV. No charges for fuel will be applied if the fuel is replenished.

Lost Key

• Lost Key Charges: If you lose the vehicle key, you will be charged for the cost of replacing the key for the specific vehicle model.

Insurance

All our vehicles come with insurance, including coverage for the following:

• Bodily Injury per Accident
• Material Damages per Accident
• Legal Protection
• Uninsured Vehicle Collision
• Civil Liability Inside Storage Areas
• Civil Liability for Fire and/or Explosion
• Civil Liability for Liquid Leakage
• Civil Liability for Flood
• Road Assistance

Exclusions from Insurance Coverage:

• Damages resulting from driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damages caused by an unauthorized driver.
• Damages to the interior of the vehicle.
• Damages due to illegal parking.
• Reckless driving or intentional damage.
• Damages to the engine caused by incorrect fuel or driver negligence.
• Off-road or unsuitable road use (unpaved roads, beaches, dirt roads, etc.).
• Damages after the agreed return time.
• Damages to external mirrors, tires, rims, trays, or the underside of the vehicle.
• Loss or damage to the antenna.
• Any damage or loss due to lessee negligence or intentional acts (e.g., clutch burnout, tire damage, sitting/standing on the hood, trunk, or roof).
• Failure to report an accident to us and the police.
• Loss, theft, or damage to vehicle keys.

If damage occurs, you must contact us immediately.

Early ATV Return

• No Refunds for Early Return: If you return the ATV before the agreed-upon time, you will still be charged for the full rental period. No refunds will be issued for early returns.

Extending Rental Period

• Extension Requests: If you wish to extend your rental during your vacation in Milos, please contact our office as soon as possible. If the ATV is available, we will accommodate the extension. If not, you will need to return the ATV on schedule and pick up a new one if needed.
