These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our quad bike rental services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via our website or through our customer service channels.
A valid credit card or payment method is required to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and the type of quad bike selected.
A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received.

2. Age and Eligibility

Renters must be at least 18 years of age to rent a quad bike.
A valid driver’s license is required to rent a quad bike.
The rental period is calculated from the time of pick-up to the time of return. Late returns may incur additional fees.

3. Insurance and Liability

All quad bikes come with basic insurance coverage. However, this may not cover all types of damages or incidents. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for full coverage.
The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period. This includes any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Black Stone harmless from any liability resulting from their use of the quad bike.

4. Usage and Restrictions

Quad bikes are to be used in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Renting a quad bike for off-road use is permitted, but you must respect the environment and local communities.
The use of the quad bike for illegal activities or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations after the rental period has begun are non-refundable.

6. Responsibility and Safety

The renter agrees to wear the provided helmet at all times while riding.
Black Stone is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by improper handling of the quad bike. We strongly recommend taking a brief safety training session before starting your ride.

7. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery and pick-up services are available. Additional fees may apply depending on the location.
The renter must ensure the bike is returned on time and in the condition it was rented.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Black Stone reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and they will be posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Milos, Greece.
